• 1.2 Instructions: The instructions and guidelines provided with the product should be followed carefully to ensure safe and effective waxing results.

• 1.3 Misuse Disclaimer: Hunnywax shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse outcomes resulting from the improper use, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.

2. Health & Safety

• 2.1 Patch Test: It is recommended to perform a patch test at least 8 hours before using the waxing product on a larger area to check for proper heat temperature, allergic reactions, or skin sensitivity that may happen post-use.

• 2.2 Medical Consultation: Hunnywax advises users to consult with a healthcare professional before using the product if they are pregnant, have pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, or health concerns.

• 2.3 Adverse Reactions: Hunnywax shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the product, including but not limited to allergic reactions, burns, or skin irritation.

• 2.4 Content Accuracy: Content provided on this site is for general informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon when making important decisions. Any reliance on the material presented on this site is done at the customer’s own risk.

3. Product Warranty & Returns

• 3.1 Limited Warranty: Hunnywax provides a limited warranty for its waxing products against physical damages and defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty for physical damages is valid for 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Warranty for defects is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.

• 3.2 Requirements for Warranty Claims: To avail of the warranty, customers must retain proof of purchase, provide video evidence of unboxing the product, and contact customer support within the warranty period. Failure to provide a clear unboxing video may result in the inability to process a replacement or return.

• 3.3 Third-Party Courier Disclaimers: Hunnywax assumes no responsibility for damages occurring after the item has been dispatched from the Hunnywax warehouse. Hunnywax does not warrant or assume liability for the actions or delays made by third-party couriers.

4. Intellectual Property & Service

• 4.1 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the waxing product and website—including trademarks, logos, patents, design, and copyrighted materials—are the property of HUNNYWAXPH CORPORATION. 5. Multi-Platform Sales & Third-Party Retailers

• 5.1 Channel Applicability: These Terms apply directly to purchases made on our official website. Purchases made via our official storefronts on third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or third-party retailers are subject to the respective platform’s or retailer’s terms, return policies, and dispute resolution processes.

• 5.2 Non-Mediation: Hunnywax will not mediate or be held responsible for disputes arising from purchases made through unauthorized third-party retailers.
