If your item arrives damaged, defective, or improperly sealed, please contact us within 2–6 days of delivery through hunnywaxmanila@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a complete unboxing video. Claims submitted without video evidence may not be eligible for replacement. Damage caused after shipment or through improper use is not covered.
